#1 BE ON TIME
Please arrive 10 minutes before the workout or your session is due to start. If you can’t turn up on time, you don’t get to workout today.
#2 WORK HARD
My job as a coach is to get you results. Please turn up prepared to do the work. I can do a lot of things to help, but I can’t do the work for you.
#3 KEEP THE GYM TIDY
It is a small space & will get messy quickly. Please be respectful of other people around you and help to put the equipment away after a workout.
#4 BE RESPECTFUL OF OTHERS
There will be zero tolerance for discrimination. Everyone and anyone is welcome, except those who make others feel unwelcome.
#5 THE WORKOUT OF THE DAY WILL ALWAYS BE FREE
Any donation toward running costs would be appreciated, but there is zero pressure to contribute anything other than your time & work.
