HOW IT WORKS

#1 WORKOUT OF THE DAY – OVERVIEW

Every day there will be a workout of the day which will be pre-programmed and available on the programming page. Everybody & anybody is welcome to show up & come to join in with the workout, but please ensure you have completed a health questionnaire and have read the gym rules.

#2 SEND A MESSAGE

It makes things a lot easier when I know who’ll be coming down. Send a message via the Facebook Page or the website messenger to give me a quick heads up. Let me know if you want a coffee and turn up a few minutes early too.

#3 COME WORKOUT

It’s that simple. No gimmicks or sales stuff to worry about. Just a place to come & workout. The only additional point is if you’re a beginner, please turn up 20 minutes early to make sure we’ve got time to run through the exercises & safety.
